Processing Time
All orders (U.S. and International) will be processed and ready to ship within 5-7 business days (weekdays). Most orders ship sooner. For holiday orders, we make every effort to ship sooner than the typical 5-7 business days to ensure you receive your items on time, but please note that during peak seasons, shipping times may vary.
If you need an item sooner or have a special request, please contact us before placing your order to discuss expedited shipping options. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Domestic Orders (USA)
We ship from New York using USPS to all addresses within the United States. You can choose from the following USPS shipping options at checkout:
- Regular Mail (First-Class Mail): Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after your order ships. This does not include processing time.
- Priority Mail: Faster delivery within 2-3 business days, depending on your location. This does not include processing time.
- Express Mail: For urgent orders, USPS Express Mail offers overnight delivery (1 business day) to most locations. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you require Express Mail to confirm availability and pricing.
- Tracking: All U.S. orders include a tracking number.
International Orders
We also offer international shipping!
- Estimated Shipping Time: International orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks after shipping, depending on your country and postal services.
- Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply.
- Please Note: We are not responsible for any delays, lost, or stolen packages due to customs.
Important Information for All Orders

Incorrect Shipping Address: We ship to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for issues arising from an incorrect address.
- Address Changes: Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to the shipping address once an order is placed.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping will be at the buyer's expense.
- Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they have been shipped. Please track your package using the tracking number provided.
