Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped from New York, USA via USPS. For US orders, a tracking number will be provided so you can track your package.
★ International Orders: International shipping may take longer, and tracking may not be available in some countries.
Important Information:
✧We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they are in the possession of USPS.
✧ If your package is stolen or undelivered, we cannot offer a refund or replacement unless it was insured.
✧ USPS Priority Mail includes $100 in insurance for lost or damaged packages.

Shipping Address Policy:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. All packages will be shipped to the address provided on your invoice.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional charges to reship the item.

Missing Package Policy:
If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please note that once your package is in the hands of USPS, it is no longer under our control. All packages are shipped via USPS and include a tracking number, which you can use to track your oder.
We recommend that you contact your local USPS directly with your tracking number to inquire about the delivery status. You may also want to check with your neighbors to see if the package was left with them.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist further once the package is marked as delivered.
