Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We're committed to your satisfaction and will do our best to find a solution.
If the issue is due to an error on our part, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your package. We'll be happy to accept the return, as long as the package is postmarked within 2 days of delivery. Please make sure to send us the tracking number for the return to process your refund.
Important: We ask that you do not return packages without contacting us first. All custom made orders including personalizations are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellation requests once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order carefully before submitting, as we begin processing immediately after the purchase is made.
